About the role
We are looking for an experienced front-end engineer, with a strong track-record of delivering results, a passion for sharing knowledge, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment. Your responsibilities will mainly be split into front-end development and setting up growth for front-end engineers. We want you to take end-to-end ownership of our front-end from an architectural and best practices perspective, to constantly raise the quality bar in your area of expertise. Your main goal will be to ensure that Taktile delivers its product vision to customers with fast iteration of product features and improvements. Your secondary goal will be to initiate and drive forward our Front-End Chapter in Taktile, with a focus on knowledge management and setting up front-end engineers for long-term success and career growth at Taktile. To achieve your goals, you will work closely with technical leadership, product management, design team, and engineering.
Taktile is a hybrid company. It would be great if you can join us in our HQ office in Berlin, but we are also hiring fully remotely within +/- 2h of the Berlin HQ timezone (CEST/GMT+2). Strong grasp of written and spoken English is a must to effectively and clearly communicate in our remote environment. Our hiring model is full-time employment contract.
